Can I purchase a Plasma or LCD TV from you?
Of course, you can! Although we are not a traditional retail store, we can custom order most models of TV’s at comparable pricing to the big box stores, and we deliver it and do basic set-up installation for free (within 30 mile radius). We can install your TV on a wall or fireplace, with care and expertise, at a low installation costs.

What if bought my TV somewhere else, will you install it?

How do I turn an existing room or my basement into a Home Theater Room?
We come out and meet with you in person, take dimensions of the room and then present you with options based on your budget and needs. We don’t believe in selling you more than you need but yet we will be honest in showing you exactly what you need to make you happy with your system.

I received a bid from another company. Why would their bid be lower or higher than yours?
There are a lot of factors that make up bids. First off the brand of equipment used is a big factor. It’s no different than comparing different models of cars. You can’t compare apples to oranges. We are more than happy to look at your other bids and do an honest comparison as well as explain the difference in equipment, and other factors that make up differences in bids. Many times customers can’t give us a budget figure because they really don’t know exactly what it will cost to do what they want to do. We try and come up with a starting point on a bid and work up or down from there. We do not believe in overselling the client but will also not give you a "low cost" system that you will be unhappy with in the long run.

What exactly is low voltage wiring or structured wiring and do you do that?
YES WE DO! And we pride ourselves in being top notch in this field. Basically, low voltage wiring or structured cabling is running internet, cable, phones, audio/video distribution. One of the biggest differences between electrical wiring and structured cabling is the fragility of the latter. In the installation of structured cabling, you can easily destroy the performance of the cables if they're not handled right.

I’ve heard of Smart Homes or Home Automation but I do not understand exactly what that means?
Smart Home or Home Automation is basically a term that defines a residence that used a Home Controller to integrate all of the home automation systems. The most popular Home Controllers are through your personal computer and it communicates to the all the systems set up in your home. For example, you can come home at night, press a button on your keychain remote control and be able to turn the lights on in the house, unlock the garage door, turn the thermostat up or down and even turn on the audio system. And that is just one example....The numerous benefits of home automation is safety, energy savings, money savings, and convenience. It also improves the life of seniors or disabled by allowing you to use voice control options and safety.

I’ve heard you can use Home Automation with your Cell Phone? Is that really possible?
YES it is!! From anywhere in the world you can use your cell phone to control your home as well as be able to provide security features and surveillance video and yes, we can do that!!

Can you put in an OUTDOOR SYSTEM for my HOME Patio or at my place of BUSINESS? What about OUTDOOR SOUND for the pool area at my Hotel or at a MINI GOLF?
Sure we can! There are weather proof systems in Sound and LCD TV’s that can be out in all kinds of weather. We will be glad to discuss your options and tell you about all that is available to you.

What about putting a TV and Sound System on my HOUSEBOAT or CRUISER?
Glad you asked! YES, we do that too and yes there are TV’s that are weatherproof for outdoor use!

What about antennas for my boat?
YES, we sell and install those too and our customers have given us rave reviews about the picture quality and even getting local HDTV channels!

I want to put in Surveillance Cameras at my home and my business, can you help me?

Do you put Surveillance Cameras in HOTELS and in PARKING LOTS?
Most definitely! We will be glad to provide you with a list of references.

I own a Motel and need new TVs as well as having them installed and hooked up, can you do that?
Not only can we do that, but we also get special pricing for hotel TV’s! We also take charge of the incoming shipment, make sure it gets off the truck safely and accounted for, recycle the cardboard boxes, install and connect to LodgeNet, Cable, DirectTV, etc. and provide maintenance and service as needed.

Do you do financing? Do you take CREDIT CARDS?
YES and YES, we have several companies that we work with to provide financing options so you can pay over time, whether it is a smaller job or an extra large job and we take MasterCard and Visa.

Can you please explain about Energy Management Systems?

We are redesigning our Church and want to put up some Video Screens and improve our Sound but we don’t know where to start? Can you help?
